Conversations With My Friends And Families

After reading Mamphela's Conversations With My Sons An Daughters late last year, I was convinced that Agang would be the party to tremor the "notorious" ANC and that it hopefully earn enough seats in parliament to practice what they preached. Never, not even once did I think that this party that seemed to have a concrete establishment and objectives would be on an edge to implode.

I honestly believed in Ramphele Ramaphela, It was just stifling to hear that from that "Mamphela Decides not to go to parliament" The Times. to make matters worse she evoked her decision without consulting the members then went right ahead to hand pick an candidate overlooking once again without the blessing of Agang members.

Right now all I can say is Ramphela is a really good writer its a pity her philosophy cannot be backed by actions.

But look on the bright side, Juju is inside parliament and by the looks of things there will be plenty of cleaning up to do.

Mind the gap!

I believe that the colour card is slowly losing its power, however discrimination still remains."Discrimination of the have and have nots".The Wealth gap in South Africa is stifling.

It took the apartheid government 66 years to engineer the barriers and inequality, will it take the same amount of years to disengage this negligence?

According to the Mail and Guardian: Who owns what. 09 Dec 2011 15:39Kevin DavieLynley Donnelly  just a fraction of 1% owns 40% percent of the countries wealth. meaning in plain English 99% majority have to share the 60"%.

THIS IS OUR STRUGGLE!
How do we overcome it?

Just a little confession

My little experience in blogging has taught me that: If you write to impress, chances are you will not publish anything. Practically what I have been trying to do. I have been so focused on writing to impress that in numerous occasions I have ended up hitting delete instead of post.

“Write to express” "Not to impress"

That’s exactly what I intend to do in blog, express my views on social issues, share my life experiences, challenges and how I overcome them.
